We have had so many great stories with our clients over the years and thought you would love to hear their stories as well.
Sabrina
Meet Sabrina! After giving birth to these two beauties she began attending reformer pilates classes due to a 2-inch hip discrepancy. During class, she enrolls her kids in our free childcare so that she is able to focus on the workouts and healing her body. After a recent visit to her doctor, she is happy to report that her hip discrepancy has been decreased by 1 inch. Sabrina is a testament to Joseph Pilates’ philosophy that “change happens through movement and movement heals.”
Debbie
Meet Debbie Winsett- With just 6 months of classes Debbie states ” I can now wear sleeveless dresses as well as fit into dresses I haven’t worn in over 2 years.” Debbie attends classes three times a week a combination of Reformer Pilates and TRX classes. Debbie has received numerous compliments from co-workers. Here at Oak Street Studios, we love seeing that smile on her face from working hard and getting results.
Rob
Meet Rob. “ I have been taking Reformer Pilates and TRX classes here for a little over 4 months now. I have lost 22lbs since starting the classes. I feel more flexible and can see an improvement with activities like tennis and baseball. I really feel Pilates and TRX work the entire body instead of targeting specific muscle groups with has given me better posture and a more balanced body. I’m in my early 50’s and feel in better shape than my 30’s.”
Michelle Rose
How did you hear about Oak Street Studios?
Michelle Miller was my trainer for what 5 years before she opened up Oak Street Studios, and no way would I have not followed her.
What do you like best about Oak Street Studios? I love the classes and how they are taught, but more than that is what l learn in class from everything that is talked about. I love reformer of course, and the rebounder as well. What I also love about classes at the studio is that they aren’t too large and impersonal.
Fun Fact- I love potatoes prepared any way pretty much ……
Favorite show is This is Us…. love love love that show! Afraid and completely freaked out about Frogs…. frogs creep me out.

Meet Linda Johnson and Charnel Burton!
Linda Johnson: I have trained with Michelle for over 10 years and through 3 pregnancies. I originally started Pilates to have a strong core and long lean muscles. What I found was much more, I met new positive minded friends and created comradery. I loved getting a smile as well as receiving a smile and knowing that those new friends were there to hold me accountable.
Charnell Burton: I have trained with Michelle for just over five years. I started Pilates to help manage my fibromyalgia that mostly affected my knees and since starting I have been pain-free and maintained a healthy muscular structure. I have met an amazing group of women that help hold me accountable and call me if I’m not there to make sure things are ok. I never knew starting a Pilates class would turn out to be so rewarding.
