This class is a one of a kind mind and body connection kid style. Your child will learn to focus and center themselves with various breathing exercises and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and kindness towards other through challenging poses, partner poses and group poses. Art journaling will be added occasionally so that each child can practice self-expression and reflection.
This is a toddler and preschool age class that will involve music and movement. Kids will use their imaginations, learn yoga poses, increase body awareness, and work on sensory and gross motor development with the help of their parent. For toddler ages 1-3 years.
