Equipment for classes at home
Barre classes and Mat Pilates have optional equipment that you can use to enhance the difficulty and resistance of the workout. You do not need a ballet barre, a sturdy chair or countertop will do for Barre. You can use a light pair of dumbbells, preferably 2 or 3 lbs and no more than 5lbs. For abdominal work and inner thighs, we will use a small pilates ball. For some added resistance on thighs, we will use a band. You will want to have a mat or a towel to use for Mat work. You can click the pictures below to purchase these items.
suspension training classes
Suspension training full-body workout classes will use the equipment mentioned above but the main piece of equipment used is the suspension trainer strap. there are several different options you can choose from. there are some less expensive options than the TRX official brand and you can click the pictures below to purchase.
