We offer free childcare during select classes throughout the week. Free childcare is offered 6 weeks of age and up. When you take the time to care for yourself, you are better able to show up for everyone else in your life. Our free childcare makes taking that time a little bit more accessible. We know how hard it can be to get a workout in with children in tow. Sometimes you have a hard time of making it a priority because of guilt of taking that me time or sometimes you simply need a baby sitter. Well either way we want to make it easy for you to say Yes to me time.
Here how to sign up for Free Childcare
Select the class you would like to attend that states with “FREE Childcare” you will then pay for that class which you plan to attend. Please book these classes in advance.
