Group classes up to 10 people

A whole body workout with an emphasis on the core. Promote length, strength, flexibility and balance. These benefits lead to daily life improvements and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. Feel energized rather than beat down and tired. Prevent injury as well as recover the body to proper alignment after injuries. We offer classes for all levels of fitness and walk you through each movement so you get the best benefits from each workout.

TRX

A form-focused, powerful workout that uses your own bodyweight as resistance to challenge every muscle. It is efficient, highly effective and will develop balance and core strength  the core is challenged in every exercise. Everything you do in your life connects with the core; whether you bow down to pick up a pen, wash a car or play basketball with the kids. Suspension training develops your strength by utilizing functional movements and dynamic positions, unlike traditional ab exercises that are performed only when lying on your back on the ground. No matter your fitness level, the TRX can work for everyone: athletes, new moms, men and women, and the young and old.

Barre

A fun, fast-paced class that is a low-impact way to sculpt your body. By doing Barre regularly, you’ll notice a remarkable improvement in your core strength, which will result in your ability to sit and stand taller and your lower back will take less stress and tension throughout the day. You don’t need to be flexible to practice Barre, the amount of stretching in each class can help improve your overall range of motion and flexibility.

Mat Pilates

The original form of pilates. The general goal for this class is to strengthen the bodies “powerhouse” which refers to the abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes.  You will add years to your spine health and rejuvenate your body through a specific series of floor exercises that will leave you feeling more youthful.

Spin & Sculpt

Spin & Sculpt is a fast-paced class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high-intensity, sweaty workout. An interval workout where you spend 3 minutes on the bike working on cardio and endurance followed by 3 minutes building and sculpting lean muscle. We change up the workout, so you’ll never get bored or plateau on your fitness journey!
